Does LITE POS support multiple users working at the same time? I need to find POS to support multiple people working one counter using one POS at the same time. Max of three users!?

Yes, the software has been designed with the multi term in mind. I've checked the official website and it appears that you can use it with multi users and operations. This is what it says based on the info from the official website: Supports multi-user, multi - stores, and multi - location operation.
